1. General Provisions

These shipping terms regulate the method and conditions of delivery of goods purchased in the FYTCREW online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

2. Shipping Methods

The Seller offers the following delivery options:

  • Courier service to the customer’s address

  • Pickup points (if available)

  • Personal collection (if available)

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is always displayed at checkout.

  • For orders over €50, shipping is free.

  • For orders below this amount, the fee depends on the chosen delivery method.

4. Delivery Times

Goods are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Courier delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.
In exceptional cases (e.g., sold-out stock), the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone.

5. International Shipping

Delivery outside the Slovak Republic is possible upon agreement with the customer. The shipping cost and delivery time are determined individually.

6. Transfer of Risk

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt from the carrier. We recommend that customers check the shipment upon delivery.

7. Claims for Damaged Shipments

In case of shipment damage, a damage report must be filled out with the courier, and the Seller must be contacted immediately at the e-mail or phone number provided.
